April Fool's Day

One of my kiddos totally got me this morning. He walked in and the first thing he said was, "Mrs. Colson, you have toilet paper on your shoe" while pointing at my shoe. And of course, I looked =) I admit that a 2nd grader got me. And I had totally forgotten that it was April Fool's Day and was going to play a joke on them that I had broken my arm or something. Oh well, there is always next year!

Thankfully, I escaped with nothing worse than the toilet paper incident...you never know, those kids can be quite tricky. =)
